Refund policy

If you want to change any details associated with your order you can by sending the details you want to change to support@uberpong.com. Note that we cannot change any details once your order has been marked as ‘Shipped.’ If you would like to cancel your order, please email support@uberpong.com. Note that we are only able to refund cancelled orders before your order is marked as ‘Awaiting Fulfillment’ once it enters processing we can no longer offer refunds on cancelled orders.
